Catering invoice template for Mauritius
Catering is quoted per head, but the invoice has to match what actually happened on the day: the final guest count, extra trays, delivery. If each of those gets its own line, there's less to argue about.
This template bills a typical office event: per-person catering, delivery, and staff on site.

Tips for catering & food invoices
- Lock the guest count in writing 48 hours before the event and invoice on that number, stated on the line.
- Deposits are normal: send a quote, take 50% on confirmation, and invoice the balance after the event.
- Corporate clients are usually VAT-registered, so their BRN and VAT number belong on the invoice.
Useful alongside this: the VAT calculator, the VAT categories guide and the invoice checker.
