Repairs & maintenance invoice template for Mauritius
A repair job is a call-out, some labour and some parts, and the invoice should list them that way. Customers argue with one unexplained total. They rarely argue with "call-out Rs 800, 2 hours labour, one pressure valve".
This template shows a standard plumbing job. Keep descriptions specific: what was broken, what was done, what was fitted.

Tips for repairs & maintenance invoices
- Photograph the finished work and reference it in the description ("valve replaced, tested at 6 bar"). It closes the job cleanly.
- Charge the call-out even when you quote for bigger works found on site, and say so up front.
- Regular business clients like guesthouses and offices will ask for a monthly statement. Sequential invoice numbers make that painless.
